As an Integrative Nutrition Coach, from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I have learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories.
As a Yoga Instructor, I learned how Yoga serves to unite our Mind, Body, Spirit through movement and mindfulness.
I continued my studies

I continued my studies as an E-RYT500 in Yoga & Ayurveda, which adds a deeper understanding and application of our connection to energies present in Nature, and how to utilize Lifestyle practices and Nutrition to create wellness.
My education has equipped me to support you in making diet and lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for YOU, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
My experience has taught me that there is not a one-size fits all “diet” or plan that is right for everyone. We are all uniquely made, and have individual needs to create/maintain wellness.
However, I have found that there are universal Principles, that can be applied to address all aspects of your being, integrating Mind, Body and Spirit/
